 Shipping Information: Each item in our store has an inventory status feature, letting you know if we usually have it in stock. If your order contains all stocked items, we will ship within 1-2 business days. Our site is configured to quote shipping rates for various methods and destinations. Cello case shipments are limited to addresses in the contiguous US due to cost restrictions to send them overseas. (However, we will quote you air freight costs if you would consider paying as much as $200 for shipping.). Many items listed ship vendor direct. If you are a local customer, please let us know you wish to pick up your order in our Minneapolis showroom.
Shipping Methods and Times for customers in the US: We offer three methods for customers in the US:
Ground, our choice of First Class US Mail, Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, Airborne/DHL Ground
Priority, our choice of Priority US Mail or UPS 3 Day Select
Express, our choice of Express US Mail, UPS Overnight, FedEx Express. (you will have to call our toll free number to receive express service)
We will choose the exact type of service depending on the size and weight of the order. Using ground shipping, customers in the US can expect packages to arrive in less than one week. Using Priority Mail, 2-3 days is the norm. Express shipping almost always means you will get the package by 3 pm the next day. However, there are outlying areas of the US where delivery is 2 days . We offer free domestic shipping of string orders over $30 (Ground Service only) Look for a new feature coming soon that will indicate at any moment if we are taking orders for same day shipping.

Global Priority Mail, available to over 30 major countries.
Airmail, available for all countries
Airmail to Canada, special category of Airmail for Canadian customers.
Airmail to Mexico, special category of Airmail for Mexican customers
Express, The fastest, most secure method for all countries
Global Priority Mail is the preferred method of international shipping. Most orders shipped by this method do not include a customs declaration. If your shipment is under the 1 pound limit, you will not have to pay any duty charges when you receive our parcel. Delivery times for Global Priority Mail shipments is 3-10 days. Airmail shipments are very unpredictable. Some countries receive good service with Airmail. Some countries, mainly in Central and South America, have been know to take as long as 2 months to deliver an Airmail package.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Payment by check is accepted in US funds and in advance of shipment. Institutional buyers can submit a Purchase Order with open account terms of 30 days NET. You can enter the PO number in our ordering system, but we still require an original copy of your official purchase order, either by fax or mail, before we make shipment.
Our Return Policy: Contact us by email if you have a return request. You may return any item within 10 days of receipt for full refund. Items returned after this period may be accepted, but may also be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. Strings or rosin are not accepted for return if they have been used, even for a short while, as we cannot resell them as new. Shipping charges, either to you or from you, will not be refunded except in the case of packing error or defective product. Credit from returned items can be refunded to your credit card, refunded by check, or remain on account to be used for purchasing other merchandise in our store.
Strings can be returned after the 10 day period if defective. Strings broken in or near the peg box are not accepted for return as this is usually the cause of the instrument or installation. Strings that are false in tone soon after installation can be replaced. Contact us if you have a defective string to return.
About our Site Navigation: Our site divides your browser window into three parts, the top, left and main frames. The left frame is where you click to navigate through our pages. The main frame is where products and information are displayed. In the top frame are some links that will always be visible (look above). These are areas of our site you may want to access quickly.
Security and Privacy: Our site uses a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection type to protect your information in transit. After we receive your order, your credit card information is deleted from our server making it impossible for anyone to retrieve them through the internet. As an alternative, we can accept your credit card information by fax (612-378-0400).
