Cello End Pin rests were totally inadequate for years. This is hard to believe because securely fixing the endpin to the floor is such a basic necessity for Cellists. Xeros offers a fail safe endpin strap that attach to your chair. Black Hole, Superstop, and the Super Sensitive Stoppin are sticky "rock stop" type products that actually work with occasional rinsing.

SAS Chinrests are in stock. This new product from the company that brought us Viva la Musica shoulder rests has unique features. The single piece hardware is able to adjust the angle of the plate. Four heights and three woods available.

Humidification is an easy thing you can do for your instrument. Most players give no thought to protecting their instruments from the hazards of dryness. D'Addario makes the Planet Waves humidifier, an affordable way to avoid expensive repairs.

Tartini Rosin Is discontinued. We still have some remaining inventory left. Andrea Rosin is new, and based on the same recipe as the original Tartini rosin. New Tartini rosin is also available, but it's formula is not as closely related to the original as Andrea. The Andrea Rosin Cello and Bass cakes are 50% larger than original Tartini. This makes them more expensive. If you are a Cellist and you want to experience the Tartini/Andrea effect, consider ordering the original Tartini. It's more affordable because the cake is a normal size.
